Previously, we had one volunteer who headed up the teams (Audio & Presentation) but we are looking to add lighting and video, so the decision was made to hire a part-time position to head it up. So one question is, how much to delegate vs take on my self. I work a full time regular job plus this position and cannot always make all events. I feel bad asking a volunteer to do something when I am getting paid to be there.”
